Matt’s zeal for helping people be well-rounded learners started in his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin where he studied motivation of learners under Harvard trained psychologist Dr. Judith Harackiewicz. He continued to uncover and explore the intrinsic motivators of students with research at the University of Nevada and the University of Michigan under funding from the National Institute of Health. He has used his research in the school setting with behaviorally troubled teens as well as at major corporations. His own love for learning and passing on these fundamentals he’s acquired continues with his study and research in Marriage and Family therapy.
